Overview

Are you a driven Sales person who is motivated by money and is looking for a role with career progression. Due to expansion my client is looking for a Outbound/Telesales to join the team. To maximise the effectiveness of the Corporate Account managers by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Data Cleanse leads and try and push for more information Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads. Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the account managers. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business Incoming Calls - this includes taking incoming calls from prospective clients or customers and they are setting appointments for a sales representative to meet with each individual Outgoing Calls - making outgoing calls are being done by most appointment setters Commission structure is uncapped with OTE of £26k - £28k (£10 per appointment / lead generated) Progression as the team is looking to expand throughout the year.
