Lettings/Tenancy Progressor - £21k - £24k OTE (depending on experience) Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm Location: Hampton Hill To be considered for the role you must have the following: Must drive and have their own a car. Experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to multi task lots of duties and demanding clients Thorough background in customer care and administration Experience within the Lettings sector world would be a great advantage My client can promise you… A fun working environment Ample holiday allowance Company Pension Good work/life ratio Regular reviews Stable employment Role To ensure a smooth and efficient move-in for each Tenancy. You will be liaising and dealing with the Lettings team, Landlord, Tenants and contractors. You will need a level head, pro-active approach, be methodical in your work and have excellent organisational skills. Duties To make contact with Landlords and Tenants as soon as you receive their details To submit the Tenants references and monitor and chase these on a daily basis Sending references to the Landlord and ensuring a copy is approved by the Landlord Co-Ordinate and book in all certificates and maintenance that a Landlord may request To draw up Tenancy Agreements Ensuring Tenants have paid their rent and deposit in a timely manner, which may include taking a telephone payment and processing it online. Ensuring a copy of a standing order is on file to pay the monthly rent Ensuring photo ID and proof of addresses are correct, as per policy, and held on file Ensuring a valid gas safety certificate if on file prior to the move in To check payments are being made from the Tenants account or gather information on who has made the payment of the deposit To register the deposit with the TDS or chase the Landlord for a copy of the deposit certificate To co-ordinate and book an inventory and check-in for the Tenancy To co-ordinate and book in professional cleaning for the property To sign off your own paperwork ensuring everything is complete and ready for the day of move-in To send 'welcome' emails to the Landlord and Tenant on the day of move-in To write and post 'welcome' cards to the Tenants on the day of move-in To ensure all of the above is completed and the file is handed to the Manager on the day of move-in Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
