If you are an experienced resourcer / researcher / candidate manager and you are looking for a business that can support you to work COMPLETELY from home then we want to talk to you. This role is home based, but you will be required to travel in and out of London 1 - 2 times a week to meet Senior Finance candidates. You will manage your own diary and so have complete control of when and where you meet people in order to work around your personal circumstances such as child care, hobbies or other commitments. You will have complete flexibility and this is a huge factor for anyone considering this role. You will be set up with everything you need to work remotely - laptop, cloud based database, automation software, VOIP phone, back office functions from head office, including: marketing, accounts, payroll, admin etc. You will have worked in a recruitment business as either a finance recruiter or resourcer / candidate manager and understand the full recruitment lifecycle. You must be used to shortlisting and approaching candidates at a senior level in order to identify the right calibre of candidate. You must be confident in face to face meetings and experienced interviewing and screening potential candidates in order to submit lists to recruiters for senior FD positions that they are working on. The role will also require you to attend networking events that we host in London / South East for industry specialists. This will give you an opportunity to widen and broaden your skills and mix with the FD community and develop more relationships as well as extend your professional network. This is a great opportunity for someone who has maybe been away from recruitment on maternity leave and is looking for a role with more flexibility and control or someone who has been in recruitment as a resourcer / candidate manager who wants more control or has thought about setting up themselves.
