Internal Sales Executive - Office Based Our client have an international presence who have increased their market share across the globe in recent years. Aside from a great working environment the company continually invest in developing their staff We need someone experienced who can hit the ground running make B2B calls. Due to location you must have your own car. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Researching of leads and companies hitting the website, with additional or corrected information added to CRM. Identifying and validating key outcome opportunities and getting these to design. Managing and administering of appointment bookings for Business Development Team for face to face visits. Online research via Industry channels to identify prospects and potential projects. Measurable outbound calls - many of which will be cold calls to introduce products and services. Following up calls to maintain and nurture relationships, with additional or corrected information added to CRM. Working closely with Marketing to promote new products and campaigns during conversations. Understanding and responding to customer needs by offering a solution in the required manner. Updating and ongoing maintenance of calls through CRM system. Account Manager support to secure or close opportunities. Understanding and appreciation of KPI's. Developing ability to gauge project stage and status. Maintain LinkedIn profile and maximise number of connections and share company posts widely. Research 'lost trace' projects to get them back on track and communications with influencers re-established SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 6 months office based sales experience, preferably in a business to business environment Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM system is preferred Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite Accomplished at building rapport Self-motivated with a willingness to work on their own Maintain a customer focused approach at all times Takes ownership of actions Aptitude and past experience of the business environment is vital.
