Due to continued growth we are currently looking to recruit two extra consultants into our Marketing division in Cambridge. If you have an interest in marketing and have wanted to join a successful and supportive team, this could be the next role for you. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays you will be given full responsibility from day one. This will include building relationships with your clients and candidates on the phone, interviewing your candidates and leading your own client meetings.
