The role of a trainee recruitment consultant is fast-paced, exciting and varied. It is definitely a challenge, but the responsibility and reward you receive certainly make it worthwhile. Due to continued growth we are currently looking to recruit two extra consultants into our Marketing division in Cambridge. If you have an interest in marketing and have wanted to join a successful and supportive team, this could be the next role for you. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays you will be given full responsibility from day one. This will include building relationships with your clients and candidates on the phone, interviewing your candidates and leading your own client meetings. To be successful at this you will need to undergo training, and why not be trained by the market leaders? So where will you be working? Cambridge is one of busiest cities in the UK.
