EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a truly reputable independent Estate Agency which has been established for over 30 years in North West London covering the areas of Hampstead and Belsize Park. We are looking to recruit a Letting Manager to join this close knit team who have been delivering top notch service to their repeat clients for many years, the role has become available after their Letting Manager of over 15 years is now naturally moving onto a change in career. The ethos of this company in particular is to really take pride in the service they offer, give ethical and honest advice to their clients who have entrusted their assets to the company in some cases for over 20 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in Lettings either in a Lettings Manager role or a Senior Lettings Negotiator position, they will share the same values and have the ability to generate new instructions. In exchange you will receive a package worth £60K per annum as a minimum with much potential for growth in the role. Interviews are taking place now The role: Working closely with the Director, Sales Manager and Administrator/Property Manager Dealing with all letting’s enquiries including registering new tenants and identifying their requirements Arranging and accompanying property viewings Negotiating and agreeing new tenancies with the Landlord and tenants. Completing right to rent checks and ensuring compliance is met (EPCs, Gas Safety Certs etc) Preparing and obtaining signed documents including tenancy agreements Keeping the Landlords updated regularly on the progress of the marketing/feedback for their property Assisting the team with a hoc Property Management enquiries where necessary Identifying opportunities to generate new business/lettings instructions Conducting Lettings Valuations Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future clients Offering professional and honest advice to all landlords and tenants The experience/skills required: 3 years experience within a Senior Lettings role (Manager or Senior Negotiator) Experience and ability to generate new lettings instructions ARLA qualification would be preferred or open to undertaking the studies Highly focused on client care Ability to produce all lettings administration tasks (ASTs, Gas safety certs, EPCs) IT proficient Enjoys working in a close-knit team and has a can do attitude Driving licence and own car or pool car to be used Real opportunity to develop the Lettings department and build a team The package/Benefits: £25k basic salary plus commission on all lettings income £60k On target earnings Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm / alternate Saturdays 10:00am - 1:00pm Fantastic working environment with autonomy and ability to develop the role/department To apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact Nikki at EA Recruitment to discuss in more detail.
