IMMEDIATE START Manchester Customer Service Advisor CUSTOMER SERVICE | IMMEDIATE START | NEW OPENINGS IN OUR MANCHESTER BRANCH A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly team at Green Eagle in Manchester city centre. Our Customer Service Advisors are the middlemen between our products and our customers; providing excellent customer service and promoting product sales. About the role: You will be joining a friendly and tight-knit Customer Service Department You will be the first point of contact, offering information and advice to customers, and dealing with a range of queries Provide excellent customer service and build customer rapport to acquire new and loyal customers Use a consultative sales approach, spending time with the customer to understand their needs, and recommending a solution Selling our products and services to customers via home visitations and finalise customer sales Work amongst an environment where you can look forward to coming to work and empowered to be the best version of yourself Experience in customer-facing roles such as promotions, fundraising, sales, customer service, hospitality, call centre or retail is an advantage - but not essential We reward all our sales assistants with regular team events such as tickets to the latest game, guaranteed progression opportunities, the flexibility of part-time or full-time self-employed work, uncapped commission-based earnings and extra weekly cash boost bonuses - just in time for the weekend Applications & Training You must be eligible to work in the UK at the time of application.
