Overview
PMP Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Designer with Trade experience to join a leading Kitchen manufacturer and retailer for their trade team. £18,000 basic with uncapped commission - Realistic OTE for first year £35,000 You will have background in trade sales, coupled with Design experience utilising AutoCad software. Duties will include:- Responsibility for developing relationships with builders in the South Wales area, gaining their trust with view to gaining them as a regular customer Servicing existing customers and gaining recommendations through excellent end to end service Understanding customer requirements and tailoring your service to help them reach their design. Achieving new account generation and meeting sales targets Building brand awareness to increase lead generation through increased reputation and social media. Utilising AutoCad software to design bespoke kitchens for trade customers. Key skills and experience required:- Experience of Designing bespoke kitchens from plans using various CAD software A meticulous eye for detail with ability to learn a broad range of product information. Creative thinker and problem solver Excellent understanding of Trade & Retail business Strong relationship building skills. This is a hands on role, you will need to be connected in the South Wales construction market to be able to hit the ground running Do you have previous experience of trade sales and design?
