Overview

Our client is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a busy Recruitment office on the outskirts of Birmingham. Working Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00. Your day to day duties will include: Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including key account management, supporting with the development of the existing team. Re-establishing relationships with lapsed clients High focus on building a sales prospect portfolio and devising a sales plan, through new business sales activity. Attending new business meeting and maximising on the opportunity through cross / up selling. Sourcing candidates for both temporary and permanent contracts To be considered for the role of Branch Manager , you will need to demonstrate the following: Proven track record in B2B sales A tenacious attitude A "can do" and positive team approach to work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service A structured approach to management and the sales process A solid work experience in Recruitment We are looking for a professional, driven and self-starting individual who is tenacious and business minded.
