Overview
Innova Search are proud to be representing this industry renowned and highly respected Construction business with their search for their new Business Development Manager. For this exciting North West based Business Development Manager opportunity, you will have a proven track record of generating enquiries and tender opportunities, exceptional relationship management and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels Meeting existing and potential clients to expand our client base Generating and following up leads to develop a pipeline of tender opportunities Producing reports for management Attending events Attributes: Previous experience in selling to design teams and consultants within the construction industry Results focused with an assertive approach to work Demonstrable negotiation and influencing skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating a clear ability to be an active listener and questioner To be self-motivated with the ability to use and work under own initiative To carry out all work with pride, professionalism and expertise Full UK driving licence This role comes with an extremely attractive benefits package which includes a company car or allowance, Health Care cover, Death in service benefit, excellent pension plan, cycle to work scheme, volunteer days and many more.
