What does the role entail? Warm desk within a lucrative, increasingly prevalent industry Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle; sourcing highly skilled professionals from within the renewable energy sector Effectively understanding and meeting your client’s specific staffing needs Liaising with an existing client base, whilst seeking to develop professional relationships with new, prospective clients The ideal candidate? 6 month’s 360 recruitment agency experience in a relevant sector (Technology, energy, oil & gas, IT etc) Exceptional communication skills, effective business relationship-building skills Confident, personable and professional manner Consistent professional track record Benefits?
