Regional Department Manager

Field Based department manager Location: Based in Lancashire - Burnley/Blackburn - but covers the UK Package: Salary up to £30,000 with Car Allowance MUST HAVE passion for service and sales We are representing a UK brand seeking a field-based retail manager. This role will cover the UK across a small proportion of stores for this large and established retail brand. Will involve implementing and maintaining exceptional standards in line with brand guidelines, regarding product and service, to drive sales performance. Duties will include: Optimising visual presentation across stores in the UK that offer this particular product type Delivering e-learning and training to team members Ensuring a thorough understanding of the brand and the collection throughout each team by empowering them with detailed product knowledge and company history Continuous communication with all locations regarding POS, displays, visual standards and guidelines Working closely with the store staff to help upsell products to customers. The ideal candidate will: Live around the North/Lancashire/Burnley/Blackburn Have a full, clean driving license Come from a retail background ideally at management level Understand the importance of behaving as a brand ambassador Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills Possess strong communication skills - written and verbal Rewards include a competitive salary, all travel paid for.
