Sales Negotiator - Didcot - Up to £20k basic £35k package 5 day week Car Allowance Our client is a privately run independent brand who have built up an impressive reputation in the area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join this fun and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have the drive and passion to succeed and be comfortable dealing with property in all price ranges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this modern, energetic and established brand. Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator: ·Arranging viewings and valuations ·Carrying out viewings and successfully negotiating offers ·Sales progression ·Cross selling financial services, solicitors and lettings opportunities Essential Skills: ·Estate Agency experience ·Full UK Licence and Car ·Excellent communicator ·Personally motivated and the ability to lead and motivate others ·Polished and well presented Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm Alternate Saturdays with day off in lieu
