Overview
Our client is an highly successful, family run multi-franchise group of motor vehicle dealerships who have won multiple awards including many from vehicle manufacturers that they work with. Due to continued success, they are looking to employ a Trainee Sales Executives at their Portsmouth Dealership within their Hyundai franchise. Ideally, they would like someone with Motor Trade experience, but as long as you have some sales experience you will be fully trained with fantastic career opportunities within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to shine and in return the company offers a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure, genuine career progression to Business Manager and Sales Controller positions, training, and incentives. The Ideal Person: Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service. At least one years’ experience in Retail Sales or Customer Services. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality. Highly motivated and target driven. Ability to up-sell products and features, and be able to negotiate and close a sale.
