Working within one of Manchester’s leading estate agents Excellent Bonus Scheme Progress your Sales Negotiator Career My client is one of Manchester’s leading estate agents, they are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join their team. You will ideally have pervious Sales Negotiator experience, ideally have experience selling new homes or have some experience working within Manchester’s busy property market. You must have experience dealing with clients and customers face to face and over the telephone. The role lends itself to someone who is personable, charismatic and self-motivated with the ability to deal with people from all walks of life from young first time buyers, to investors. Your duties will include: Promoting and selling new homes to customers Maintain and build relationships between the client and the customer Negotiating sales deals Booking in viewings and advertising properties Valuing properties Very basic salary of £22k Commission Working hours are 5 days per week, Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week.
