Are you a retail area manager responsible for small square footage stores? Are you looking for a new challenge in a growing sector? If the answers to both of those questions is yes, then read on The role We are currently working exclusively with a highly service-led business looking to bring new talent into their area team. Your patch will include circa 10-15 sites across East Anglia. They are looking for area managers with drive and passion who will ensure each location is reaching its full potential, both from a revenue and service perspective, whilst engaging and retaining the best people. The ideal candidate This is an exciting role with a steep learning curve so you'll need to be driven, focused and passionate about developing your teams and driving success. If you're from a customer and service-centric organisation, this could be a great fit for you Other key attributes which my client is looking for include: a commercial mindset to further drive and improve performance customer focus - putting customers at the heart of everything you do, sharing best practice and ensuring consistency across your area an engaging, warm leadership style a high energy approach, happy working at pace highly collaborative with head office functions and peers You will also need to have at least two years retail area management experience, ideally dealing with relatively small store formats, eg. telecoms, jewellery, optics, pharmacy, etc. The package With a generous basic salary and supporting package, this is a great opportunity to use your retail experience in a new sector.
