They are currently recruiting for a new Team Member who will join them within the Telesales Team, and are offering a superb Team focused organisation as well as a highly competitive remuneration package with the potential for further development. Job Purpose: To provide leads and opportunities for the Sales Team using existing and new data by phone. Additional campaign phone calls may be required. Updating CRM and data cleansing. Main Duties: To contact a minimum number of new and existing prospects and customers by phone To obtain leads and sales opportunities for the Sales Team in respect of the Business Areas To contact potential clients and existing customers by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language To identify and qualify opportunities to generate business and increase profitability for the Sales Team To ensure that a target number of calls are made and a target number of sales leads are produced To maintain and update records in our CRM system to ensure accuracy of data held and in accordance with GDPR policy To provide line management with reports or information as and when required Person Specification: Previous Sales Experience (B2B) is desirable Willingness to go the extra mile Experience within a customer service environment If this is your next role, then do not hesitate and apply today.
