What you'll do As an experienced Store or Café Manager, you'll take pride in running an outstanding operation - driving sales, managing costs and inspiring the team to make sure every customer has a brilliant experience. It's also important that you create a positive rapport with the NHS Trust and the landlords too Hands-on, target-focused and entrepreneurial - you'll treat the business as your own. Looking after all elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and training onwards, you'll take charge of your team's development.
