Overview

Warwick School (a leading independent school graded excellent in recent ISI inspections) are seeking to recruit good graduates, including those looking to change career, to train as secondary school mathematics teachers. This year long, entirely school based training, leading to the award of QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a PGCE, will take place on the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation Campus with placements available at both local state and independent schools. Warwick School has a long and successful record of inspiring students to study Physics, facilitating the achievement of high academic results and filling students with a love of science. The scheme will be led by subject experts at the School and is leading the Warwick Regional Hub of the National Mathematics and Physics School Centred Initial Teacher Training Scheme (NMAPS).
