You will run your own business as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays but under the umbrella, and with the support of, our market leading brand. As a Recruitment Consultant with Hays, you will win business from organisations through building and maintaining relationships, source candidates using a variety of industry leading technology, with the goal of making fees and reaching financial targets. With five offices in Scotland, our Glasgow office is home to a number of recruitment consultants recruiting a diverse selection of specialisms. Supported by a collaborative management and training team, there is a positive and social team culture in the office. What you will need to succeed We welcome applications from individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds including retail, hospitality, graduates/non-graduates and sales professionals. Recruitment is hard work and results will require perseverance, resilience and determination. To succeed in this job you will need to be sales driven, results-orientated, ambitious and confident in your own abilities. We have high expectations here, around business development, sales and activity targets, and also high expectations around your commitment to developing your career with Hays, customer service levels and overall contribution to the culture of the Glasgow office. Please note that this role does require a UK valid, manual, drivers licence. The salary detailed is a circa OTE figure to give an indication of achievable year one earnings incorporating a basic salary, bonus and commission across earnings.
