Are you an experienced Sales Executive? Can you develop new business whilst ensuring existing accounts are managed successfully? If you are looking for your chance to join a successful family run business then this could be the job for you. £18,000 - £20,000 uncapped commission, monthly bonuses, 20 days holiday, regular social events, free onsite parking, childcare vouchers offered, company pension Based in Staplehurst, Kent. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain sales on existing accounts through outbound telephone calls Make outbound calls using qualified leads to prospective customers; selling, cross-selling and up-selling all products Maximise and convert sales from inbound calls Convert leads to generate new business Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly team targets Build a rapport with customers, deal with their queries and follow through to resolution Promote special offers, promotions and new products to all customers where relevant Report any information of relevance to the sales manager with regard to competitor pricing, market trends and products Provide an exemplary level of customer service Candidate Profile: Previous outbound telesales experience is ideal but sales experience from other areas will be considered Ambitious and charismatic Self-motivated and resilient Sales driven with experience of working towards KPI`s and targets Delivers excellent customer service Ability to handle objections Computer/IT Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM To be considered please apply within; alternatively please call Hannah Collis at KHR Recruitment on .
