Permanent People are working on behalf of our innovative client based in Cardiff, who are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their successful team. Our client is an established business specialising in the IT & Technology sectors. Our client recruits for a range of leading brands across the European market, and they are looking to expand their team after year-on-year growth. They are searching for an ambitious, motivated and experienced permanent recruiter to join them and become a part of their success story. The role will require: Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates within the ERP market Leading new business development within your division Identifying, approaching and sourcing potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience Use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst proving a bespoke and professional service Ideal candidate Minimum 2 years 360 recruitment experience within a relevant sector Previous business development experience Consistent professional background Strong billing history Exceptional communication skills Benefits included in this role: Excellent commission scheme (20%) Modern office with excellent transport links.
