Our Client are looking for a super duper Student Property Manager, £18,000- £25,000 OTE. Would you like to play a key role in developing our client’s Student brand, based out of superb flash new offices in the heart of Derby City Centre? Do you lead by example, have exemplary Lettings knowledge? If so this could be just the job for you Responsible for: Looking after your own portfolio of properties Section 21 Notices Inspections Inventories Check In’s / Out’s Diary Management & Compliance Tenant Applications Maintenance scheduling Liaison with Landlord & Tenants to book Maintenance Ensuring all compliance is up to date including: Gas Safety PAT Maintenance Tenant & Landlord Contracts
