The Company recruiting for the Area Sales Manager: This global market leader pride themselves in being at the forefront of construction building solutions. They are looking for an experienced technical candidate to grow their commercial sales team. Their solutions are used within the civils industry on some of the most prestigious building/construction projects throughout the world. Due to recent continued success and growth a rare opportunity has arisen to join this prestigious organisation. The Role of Area Sales Manager: Working as an Area Sales Manager your role will be promoting their portfolio of technical construction chemicals through a variety of channels. Utilising your previous experience, you will be selling the added value technical benefits of the products range. Providing solutions to ongoing and future construction projects you will manage your customer base offering technical support, advice and industry leading knowledge. The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager: We are looking for a technically competent candidate who has previous experience of the civil engineering and construction industry. Having experience within the building sector you will be able to liaise with technical managers and communicate confidently relating to a variety of projects within the construction industry. You MUST have a strong technical construction background An understanding of the building & civil engineering industry Experience of building / construction chemicals, admixtures, concrete, coatings, asphalts or aggregates would be a significant advantage Exceptional inter-personable, relationship & presentation skills You MUST hold a full driving licence The Package for the Area Sales Manager: ·Up to £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary, plus up to 25% in commission ·Fully expensed company vehicle ·Pension, Death in Service x 4, ·Fantastic opportunity within a global innovative company ·25 days holiday plus stats Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.
