With such plans for growth, this has opened up exciting opportunities for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Newcastle head-office We have recently received significant investment and backing to fuel our growth, from this we have already witnessed high scale success, and give this right back to our employees; What does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do? Builds relationships with candidates and grows professional networks Selling and negotiating on multiple levels Head-hunting and candidate sourcing Business Development with existing and new clients Negotiates business contracts with prospective clients Manages the entire recruitment process on both the client and candidate side What are we looking for?
