Customer Service Sales Advisor 18 Birmingham £24000 At Visscape we are keen to expand our organisation by creating new campaigns in Birmingham and across the UK into London and the South East and upwards towards northern England. Ultimately we are looking to expand out of the UK and into new cities across the globe. Our ever-growing marketing team is formed of ambitious, driven individuals all from different backgrounds. The Role: Visscape, based in the centre of Birmingham is a direct marketing company, specialising in face to face marketing campaigns generating new customer relationships for our range of clients. You will handle various queries from customers and full training will be provided for the successful candidate Liaising with customers about our different clients Delivering excellent customer service Potential team leader responsibilities of training and coaching others Dealing with all higher-level customer queries Work as part of a fast paced and dynamic team Complete any customer sales and transactions Manage customer care and customer service inquiries with professionalism The Requirements: Working with Visscape has many benefits and progression opportunities.
