This opportunity forms part of their strategic plan to expand their property division utilising current contacts and selectively winning new accounts. They are looking for a Principal Consultant to work alongside a Board Director to deliver retained assignments for existing clients in Real Estate Advisory, Project and Cost Management and Development and open new client accounts with private sector corporate organisations.
