Are you experienced in insurance sales looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Freedom Brokers have a fantastic opportunity open for an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join our expanding vibrant sales team in the new Bristol office. As with any new office, there will be a clear progression path for the right candidate as the office grows. We have a suite of products that will be introduced in 2020 and need an experienced individual to help launch, own and grow their own product/s within the company. What can we offer you? The successful Insurance Sales Advisor will be offered a competitive salary of £17,500 - £22,000 dependent on experience with uncapped commission and an OTE £32,000 . As our Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be required to make a variety of calls to new and existing customers upselling additional products where required such as gap insurance and public liability, meanwhile managing outbound and inbound calls in line with KPIs and updating CRM system accurately. You will need to readily adapt to the ethos of the brand & promote this to the customers whilst being committed to providing a high quality of experience to the customer and the brand explaining choices and providing recommendations. You will manage your pipeline effectively and make sure call backs are made promptly. What do you need? You will have the confidence to deal with our customers over the phone and the ability to multi-task in a complex environment. You must have previous experience of communicating with people at varying levels and the ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support. You are working or have worked as part of a successful team. This role is fast paced, and candidates must be susceptible to change. Outbound sales experience. Previous telesales or insurance sales preferable.
