Trainee Sales Consultant £18,500 - £22,000 OTE £35,000 Basingstoke, Hampshire Reassured are looking to recruit Trainee Sales Consultants to join us on our journey as we grow our sales force in Basingstoke. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking to double the size of our sales team in the coming months. Carry on reading… A day in the life of your new role: You will be contacting customers by telephone who have enquired to purchase Life Insurance via data on the CRM Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging Life Insurance policies for customers over the phone in line with our sales process Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge Skills and Experience You will have some experience of working in a sales or target driven environment previously You will be an good communicator, driven for success and want to have career development in our industry Self-motivated Motivated by an environment where there is money and material rewards as a goal The ability to work in a team Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target and give a great service to the customers Enjoys working in a fast pace environment We will offer you career development and progression, company-wide incentives (including the likes of Las Vegas, Bahamas, Miami and more).
