We have a fantastic opportunity to work at once of London’s most exclusive estate agents as a lettings negotiator in Canary Wharf. This company has multiple offices across London and as such they are looking for an ambitious, target orientated lettings negotiator to come in and hit the ground running. Our client is looking for an experienced negotiator who has worked in the industry for at least a year. In addition the ideal lettings negotiator will be very well presented and someone who has unparalleled customer service skills. Ideally you will have an eye towards career progression as well an ambition to be one of the highest billing negotiators in the company. The duties that this letting negotiators role includes are Calling up any overnight enquiries in order to book in viewings. In addition to this you will also go through the CRM database to book viewings with your existing applicants. Negotiate the price of the let with the tenant and the Landlord To assist in winning instructions within the companies agreed fee structure in order to increase the company’s market share. Take care of the process the whole way through from the initial viewing to handing over the keys, walking the tenants and Landlord through the referencing process if needed. Providing excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
