AREA SALES MANAGER - SCOTLAND Base £30k - OTE £41k pa plus benefits Covering South West Scotland and Northern England, you will be responsible for the sales, distribution, and promotion of Callaway Golf Company brands and products. You will maximise your customer’s revenues by selling consultatively with appropriate products and inventory levels for their business, making compelling sales presentations and regular customer visits, and delivering first class customer service. You will initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers and build advocates with all sales staff at each account. You will prepare and execute sales plans and inventory plans, call rotations, plus business plans and objectives to ensure that the company’s sales, profitability and product category targets are fully achieved. Improve and maintain merchandising and positioning of all Callaway Golf products within retail locations consistent with sales programme requirements and our premium brand image. You will need: 2-3 years previous custom fitting/golf coaching/golf sales experience ideally PGA qualified 2-3 years proven sales experience in a retail or field sales role A drive for results able to identify and maximise business opportunities Customer focused able to develop positive, long term relationships Professional and courteous with a passion for service High energy, positive, proactive, goal oriented and confident self-starter Excellent presentation and communication skills Team player with proven diplomatic, influencing and customer facing skills Strong planning and organisational skills able to maximise time, prioritize and show good attention to detail Intermediate computer skills including Excel and Word Pasionate and eloquent golfer Full drivers licence (with no more than 3 points) To live (or relocate) in the area ideally Glasgow South, Carlisle or Newcastle If you have the skills and would like to join the Callaway Golf team, please email your CV & cover letter
