Overview
Our clients, a successful independent estate agency, are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join their busy Woking branch. The client is well-respected, and has a reputation for providing a quality service to its customers, and taking care of their staff. This role would suit an existing sales negotiator who is looking to take their property career to the next level. Responsibilities: Registering applicants thoroughly. Calling Buyers and Vendors to generate viewings and market appraisals. Canvassing for new business. Negotiating offers for sales. Undertaking Viewings. Requirements: Positive and proactive approach to sales. Polished customer service skills. Previous property experience. Full UK Driving Licence. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Alternate Saturday's 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary/Package: £14,000 - £16,000 Basic (Depending on Experience), £35,000 - £40,000 OTE including car allowance of £150 - 250 per month (Depending on Experience), plus progression opportunities.
