This will be between 10% and 30% of the salary per annum taking the on target earnings to anything up to £32,500. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator If you consider yourself to be a team player then we have a refreshing position available for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling and closing skills. All staff are expected to be all-rounders so basically everyone in the office can do everyone else's job to include viewings and sales progression. You will provide clients and customers with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities: •You will be expected to regularly visit and show properties, this can be a time consuming but rewarding activity, not only does it enable you to connect with viewers and see stock it’s a prime opportunity to gain further valuations. •Register applicants ensuring all details are thoroughly completed and ensure they are vetted for suitability for potential valuations, instruction, ancillary services. •Register valuations and diarise ensuring you have a complete picture of the reasons why you are being called out, to assess the strength or weakness of the appointment. •Using existing template send pre-valuation letter confirming the appointment day / time. •Follow up the valuation to seek instructions. Updating data base with feedback, where applicable diarising for continuation of discussion. •Registering and booking Rightmove, Zoopla valuation enquires then as above. •Using templates provided identify and update photographs to be used for door to door mediums, coordinate with printers for collection and dispatch to leaflet distributors. •Identify properties for open houses agreeing days and times of the actual event, be responsible for attending same, collating responses, valuations generated and feedback to client. •Attend accompanied viewings. •Assist with sales progression when the existing Sales Progressor is unavailable or with the overflow. •Assist with making viewings and feedback. •Assist with, generating, putting forward offers. •General office duties. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Experience / Qualification: - 2 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Remuneration: Successful candidates will be offered a basic salary between £23,500 and £25,000.
