Your new role A role in recruitment is incredibly fast-paced and dynamic, requiring hard work, determination and perseverance, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be winning business with clients and sourcing and placing candidates, so relationship-building skills are key. We are a results driven business and we will provide you with first class training, a strong brand and the support of your team and wider colleagues to help you achieve your sales targets. In your first year, a remuneration package of up to £40,000 can be achieved, with this increasing in subsequent years.
