Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading independent Estate Agents for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their Tenancy Progression team. Responsibilities will include - Submitting and obtaining tenant references Draw up tenancy agreements Take and process move in monies Register deposits with TDS Organise any necessary maintenance work prior to move in Book Gas Safetys, EPC’s etc Arrange inventories, check ins, pre tenancy cleans Ensure move in files are complete ready for move in Respond to tenant and landlord queries To be considered for this role candidates must have experience working within Lettings (e.g. Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Coordinator, Property Management etc). You must have great communication and administration skills and have the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
