Graduate Scheme - Recruitment Position - Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Ideal for graduates with sales experience. Location- Bristol Salary- £20k basic plus uncapped commission- 1st year OTE £40-50k, 2nd year £80k Start date ASAP Incentives - Holidays (last year Barbados , year before Miami - fully paid), watches (includes Rolex and Tag Heuer ), monthly lunch clubs and uncapped commission. Training - Full training is provided, with 1 to 1 training from the Director for first few months. The Role of a Trainee Recruiter You will effectively run your own business. You will be responsible for building up your own portfolio of clients and candidates over time. You will need to win business and bring in the best candidates on an ongoing business. The role is very fast paced; exciting and varied so no 2 days are the same YOU, the Trainee Recruiter You will be a graduate with a desire and passion to hit targets and earn potentially life changing money. You will therefore be extremely hard working and motivated individual.
