Recruitment Consultant - New business developer IT Recruitment - Southampton To circa £40k OTE My client operates within the IT and Technical Recruitment market, focusing on providing Permanent and Contract recruitment services UK wide. They are currently in a very exciting stage of growth and are looking to appoint x 2 new business development recruiters who will focus on developing a client base and providing recruitment services within a specific vertical. Your focus will be to attract new clients and to source suitable candidates. Working in a small, but supportive team, you will have the opportunity to contact lapsed clients as well as find your own new client base. We are keen to talk to individuals with an interest in: IT Networking IT security ERP Java Business Intelligence We are looking for HUNGRY, DEDICATED, SALES professionals, who really want to develop and EARN well In return you will be given the opportunity to work in a grown-up environment that is not KPI driven but instead operates a grown up environment with flexible working. A great commission scheme that pays out an average of 18% What are we looking for?
