Recruitment consultant IT Southampton based Circa £23-30k basic plus commission Would you like to work in an office where you are given complete autonomy on a day to day basis and yet have the support of a larger office elsewhere to provide back office functions, coaching and training? Are you perhaps a little tired of being questioned on a day to day basis over how many calls you have made or what you are doing every moment of the day. In that case, read on Our client is a highly successful IT and Technology recruitment business with a main hub in the Midlands and a smaller but growing office in the heart of Southampton. Enjoy lovely offices with state of the art technology and work alongside a seasoned recruiter with 15 years in the industry. We are looking for a recruiter with upwards of 6 months experience but additional work and life experience who can run their desk like a mini business. You will develop your own clients, although there is a warm base to develop from and will then manage the entire 360 process from start to finish. An opportunity to get out and visit clients and candidates face to face. To be successful you really must be confident in a self sufficient environment and in fact thrive in being given the freedom and flexibility to work in your own style.
