IT / Technical recruiter Southampton To £25,000 basic depending upon experience Our client have a European presence with a number of branches in the UK and are now looking to hire their next experienced recruitment consultant for their Southampton office. The role: You will work on a mixture of both warm clients and roles and also look to develop new relationships but not through a heavy phone bashing style of cold calling. Working alongside a leader who has been with the business for over 10 years and has launched previous offices, you will absolutely benefit from company and industry expertise The person: We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a particular interest in IT, right up to senior consultant level with up to two years experience. Preferably your recruitment experience will be in a professional services market such as IT, HR, Procurement as opposed to high street but we are open to consider a variety of backgrounds. We are looking for: Excellent communication skills A natural flair for business development A desire to succeed Educated to at least A Level A competitive nature Why would you want this role?
