Overview

We are recruiting for a Telesales executive to work within a dynamic Inside Sales team. Salary: £25,000.00 to £60,000.00 /year Rewards: Offering a £25,000 - £30,000 basic with an uncapped bonus structure (OTE £60k year one, £80k year two); post probation access to other benefits such as: gym membership and other associated perks additional holiday days for birthday and length of service private health insurance Benefits: Bonus scheme Wellness programs Subsidised gym membership Experience: Inside Sales: 1 year (Required) About the role Working closely with the Directors you will be contacting C & D level decision makers at large Enterprise companies across the UK in order to secure face to face meetings regarding large scale technology deployments or solution sets. You will report directly to the Head of Delivery and the MD. We are seeking entrepreneurial B2B Sales professionals with a proven track record in this environment. You must be able to conduct conversations with senior professionals, focused on technology and relevant business topics. Responsibilities include: · Working closely with the Head of Delivery to manage targets and expectations · Prospecting, qualifying, and delivering leads to the organisation · Research and reach out to untouched/new/unknown accounts in assigned Enterprise companies (new paths to revenue); making timely outbound calls and follow ups · Aligning with current marketing campaigns to ensure appropriate messaging and programmes · Nurturing pipeline until a company is sales ready · Providing timely follow up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities · Outbound calling to close meetings for field resources · Maintaining high levels of phone activity, and achieving set targets for pipeline growth · Meeting minimum requirements for outbound lead generation and associated activity / KPIs · Effectively articulating the value of specific technology solutions to both technical and non-technical buyers · Managing data in a CRM, and documenting details pertaining to each opportunity · Identifying decision makers amongst a wider data pool in order to initiate sales process Requirements include: · Minimum 2 years B2B sales / inside sales experience · Experience prospecting / qualifying leads in an outbound environment · A proven track record of success in creating new business opportunities · Able to demonstrate success and experience in a sales environment · Excellent verbal and communication skills · Ability to build rapport with and sell to senior management and C-Level executives · Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the tech industry while understanding the competitive posture of the company proposition · Skilled in utilising internet and social media tools for researching potential leads · Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative · Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while managing a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities · PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum · Strong business acumen · Highly motivated, ambitious and goal oriented · Hungry for results and motivated to win To apply for this role please submit your latest cv and call Mike for more details about the company.
