Overview
A leading Horsham Estate and Letting Agents are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team. Leadership / people management experience would be highly beneficial within this role, but is not a requirement. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for fully managing a local lettings portfolio alongside overseeing the day to day running of the department. Duties will include but are not limited to; Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues, organising contractors Organising move-ins and move-outs Arranging the return of deposits Renewals Issuing notices when required Booking gas safety’s, EPC’s etc Chasing arrears Overseeing a small team Updating systems and processes where necessary To be considered for this position, experience working as a Property Manager is essential. You’ll be confident in all areas of property management and have good, up to date knowledge of lettings legislation. A full driving licence and own car is essential. The company are renowned for providing a great service to their customers and as such, they require a personable individual with fantastic communication skills.
