Are you an experienced Professional Services Recruitment Manager or are you a Senior Recruiter ready to take the next step in your career? Our client wants you to head up their Newcastle team. This is a growing recruitment business; a successful independent. A business proud of the service it delivers and standards it sets. Driven by experienced recruiters with specific sector specialisms. They are known for their longstanding client relationships. This is a recruitment environment which values their people offering career development and progression. You will: demonstrate an understanding of your sector specialism; ideally Sales & Marketing but other disciplines will be considered show how you develop, lead and motivate a team evidence a strong BD, sales, recruitment background; client/candidate service, relationship building, working in partnership work to the highest standards of compliance and service offering They offer: highly competitive salary commission, individual and team career opportunities in a progressive recruitment specialist business 25 days holiday stats enviable working hours All applications will be treated confidentially Referral scheme: You could also earn £300 by referring someone else for the role.
