Overview
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Manager in Brighton. Key Responsibilities of a B2C Sales Manager: Manage a growing sales team focused on selling insurance to customers Develop, track and improve performance KPIs and SLA’s on a weekly and monthly basis. Drive employee engagement push cultural initiatives and create employee development opportunities. Key Requirements of a B2C Sales Manager: Extensive B2C experience as a Sales Manager Excellent communication and have a passion for leadership Dedication to leading and developing your team and helping achieve their full potential. Experience of working to and achieving targets as a Sales Manager Ability to work in a fast-paced environment This is a full-time permanent role.
