Overview
Salon & Training Manager required for this exceptional global brand. Our client has established an outstanding reputation as one of the market leaders in their field and they are now recruiting for an experienced and highly engaging individual to manage their flagship salon in the East Berkshire area. The role will also take on responsibility for the ongoing training and development of their other UK based salons. Responsibilities will include: Achievement of sales and revenue targets Delivery of world class customer experience Maximisation of retail sales Development of treatment protocols Identifying training needs and providing suitable solutions Creating a culture of operational excellence across the group The successful candidate must have a background in premium spa or salon management together with a history of achieving KPIs and targets. A level 3 qualification in beauty therapy, ideally with electricals is required. The business will provide some of the best training and resources available and offers excellent opportunities for progression and development. Package up to £32k DOE bonus
