Overview
Newstaff Employment Services are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join the team of a well established estate agency based in the Watford area. Experience not essential as full training is given. However, the successful applicant will have a background in customer service and a desire to build a career in estate agency. Responsibilities: - Registering details of buyers and vendors Generating business opportunities Arranging and attending viewings Processing relevant paperwork Ensuring high level of customer service Achieving pre-agreed targets All applicants will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle. This is a role that is heavily incentivised, and will therefore require a motivated, self-driven and charismatic individual, eager to develop and progress their career in property.
