Telesales Executive OTE £30-35K

A new and exciting role has arisen for our highly reputable and expanding client based in Liverpool. £20k Basic plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE: £30-£35k pa. B2C. You will join a small team taking inbound call and internet enquiry handling with new and existing customers, making appointments for the in-house direct sales representatives. To meet and exceed telesales appointment targets, while ensuring that the highest degree of customer satisfaction is provided. Job Role: To meet and exceed telesales appointment making targets, while offering the highest level of customer service. To convert telephone and Internet enquiries in to appointments for the Sales Team. Inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers regarding current stock, finance and other general enquiries. Prospect enquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Live Chat. Updating enquiry and appointment details accurately and timely in CRM system. Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and effective manner. They are looking for: A successful, proven track record within telesales/telemarketing/appointment making. Reliable, committed, self-motivated people. Experience in a target driven environment. Good computer skills Hours: Permanent/Full-time. 37.5 hrs per week. The Centre is open weekdays 8.30am-8pm, Saturday 8.30am-6pm, Sunday 9.30am-6pm. Operatives work a rotating shift pattern.
