We provide software solutions for employment background checks and staff onboarding in sectors such as Aviation, Healthcare, Finance, and Security . The role Training and continued support to new and existing users of our software. There will be at least 2 days a week doing client visits across the south east though mainly London. Direct liason with the development team to resolve issues, improvements and new features. Support clients to achieve the best from the system and improve customer experience. Identify business opportunities and commercial development to Directors and sales team. Attend key industry events in the UK . To work alongside the Directors to support the strategic development of the business. Ensure compliance to company standards of documentation, pricing and administrative procedures. Advise directly to the Directors any client issues. Support product development with industry knowledge and functional feedback. Identify strategic partner opportunities. The requirements Great communication skills Background of customer service, business to business activity and or training. Strong interpersonal skills at all management levels Passion, determination, persistence and a positive mindset. Must have driving licence Previous experience of working in a software / technology business an advantage though not essential.
