Overview
Role: Lettings Negotiator Location: Harborne, West Midlands Salary: £17,000 to £19,000 basic D.O.E with OTE of £25,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm (Alternate Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm) Our client, an Estate Agency based in Harborne, has the requirement for a Lettings Negotiator to join their Lettings team. Main responsibilities/duties: Registering applicants Matching applicants to suitable properties Booking viewings and arranging access Securing offers for prospective tenancies Letting properties in line with agreed targets Processing the referencing and tenancy Logging in and out of keys in line with company procedure Qualifications and skills: ARLA Qualified desirable not essential Someone living local with knowledge of the area would be preferred Previous experience working within estate agency (Preferably Lettings) Knowledge of current legislation to ensure compliance Full UK driving licence Excellent communication skills Good time management and organisational skills Ability to work to deadlines Negotiation skills Be a team player This vacancy is being managed by Luke Bodington at Spear Recruitment Ltd.
