Overview
True Recruitment are seeking a competent and professional Field based Salesperson for a well established, respected and thriving Company based in the South of Kent. This is a South East based field role where travel around Kent, London and the Home Counties will be part of your weekly schedule, as will attending team meetings and other commitments at the Companies Head Office in Dover, so please ensure commuting to Dover on a weekly / fortnight basis is viable before applying. The daily task of the role include : Managing your own diary along with the support of the office based sales team. Attending and following up booked appointments with the confidence and ability to capture your audience. Be able to negotiate terms of business with Clients and demonstrate a proven track record of securing and closing deals. To work with the marketing team to improve strategies and offer recommendations to improve market share in all relevant products and services. A knowledge of the radio communication industry would be advantageous but not essential as full product training will be given. We are welcoming applications from candidates who have : Minimum of 2-year field sales experience Proven track record of successful new business development, negotiating transactions and creatively building trusted long-term relationships.
