Creators and UK manufacturers of award winning retail fixtures and store equipment display systems wish to appoint a first class Key Account Manager with highly developed client services skills ideally experienced in the retail merchandising / bespoke store equipment / POP sector. You will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in the Health & Beauty Creative POP Display space and providing sustainable, profitable sales growth whilst efficiently managing the client needs and account updates. This Client focused role will involve: Effectively managing client needs, expectations and satisfaction. Consistently producing high standards of communication including agendas, contact reports, undated internal communications and clearly written project summaries. Presenting prototypes to the client and or retailer. Providing weekly internal and external stock reports, highlighting any forecasted shortfalls internally Projecting an accurate and up to date forecast each month. International and UK travel may be called upon at times WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience in bespoke POP concepts and cosmetic fixtures A good understanding of tooling, materials, process and manufacturing techniques. Ability to make suggestions where applicable on planograms A good understanding of the limitations and expectations of a project in order to provide accurate solutions. An enthusiastic attitude with a business management understanding. Innovative and flexible approach to problem solving. Commercial and financial awareness. Consultative communication skills Tenacious and have the ability to stay on track when working with complex bespoke projects.
